Subscriptions and billing
Purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds go through Apple. To manage a subscription, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
I can’t see or change your payment details, but if Premium isn’t unlocking, email me.
Privacy requests
To ask what I hold about you, or to have it deleted, email me with “Privacy request” in the subject. See the privacy policy.
